Bob is a Chartered Accountant and Registered Liquidator with 35 years’ experience in corporate insolvency, restructuring and corporate inquiries.
He began his career as a corporate investigator with the WA Corporate Affairs Department (now ASIC), investigating and prosecuting those involved in the WA Inc scandals of the 1980’s. After ASIC, Bob spent 16 years with a global insolvency firm in Perth, rising to Directorship, before spending 3 years establishing a satellite firm in India. After returning to Perth, Bob worked as a Senior Consultant and Partner in several medium-sized insolvency firms. Keen to deliver better value to his clients and streamline the insolvency process, Bob joined forces with Paul in March 2015 to bring leaner and less bureaucratic professional services to his clients.
Bob leads Auxilium Partners in his capacity as a Voluntary Administrator, Liquidator and Supervisor.
Paul is a Chartered Accountant with 20 years’ experience in corporate and forensic accounting. He is one of the few Certified Fraud Examiners in Perth.
Paul began his career in Durban, South Africa, specialising in audit for several national and international accounting firms, before emigrating to Australia in 2004. In WA, Paul joined Grant Thornton’s audit division and qualified as an Australian Chartered Accountant. Following a brief stint as a financial accountant with a private business, Paul transitioned into forensic investigations with a mid-sized insolvency and forensic accounting firm where he worked closely with WA government agencies on complex and high-profile assignments.
Paul brings a strong accounting and investigatory focus to Auxilium Partners’ Corporate Insolvency and Forensic practice.
